Clinical Neuropsychologist

Job description:

NeuroCog Solutions is a private practice. There are opportunities for neuropsychological evaluations, caregiver counseling, psychotherapy, clinical research, and collaboration with other providers. We are known for providing thorough evaluations with detailed recommendations. Diagnostic categories vary and most often include MCI and dementia, TBI/stroke, long COVID and Parkinson’s disease. We work with each provider to tailor a work schedule that fits their experiences, interests and desire for work-life balance. Positions are fee-for-service.

  • iPads are provided with a q-interactive account for select measures. All testing materials are provided.

  • Case consultation available with a board certified clinical neuropsychologist.

  • Sample schedules:

    • 3 comprehensive evals per week

    • 2 comprehensive evals and 7 therapy cases

    • 2 comprehensive evals

    • 1 comprehensive eval and 15 therapy cases

  • Conduct deep brain stimulation (DBS) presurgical evaluations.

  • Administrative and billing support provided via the practice manager and medical billing company.

  • Must demonstrate cultural competency. The practice sees a diverse population. There are opportunities for bilingual evaluations.

    Qualifications:

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology or related field

  • 2 year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology or rehabilitation neuropsychology

  • NJ license or license eligible

Licensed Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker

Job description:

A large part of our practice is dedicated towards disorders of aging and caregiver support. We aim to educate patients and their families on neurological and neurodegenerative conditions while also providing support during the process. We are looking for a provider with experience in aging, chronic medical conditions, and/or caregiver counseling. Training in these areas is available. We work with each provider to tailor a work schedule that fits their experiences, interests and desire for work-life balance. We offer both in person and virtual sessions. Compensation is fee-for-service and dependent upon degree and experience.

    Qualifications:

  • PsyD, PhD, or LCSW; must be eligible for contracting with Medicare

Medical Speech Language Pathologist

Job description:

NeuroCog Solutions is a private practice. Speech pathology is a core component of our comprehensive care model. We offer neuropsychological evaluations which often result in referrals to speech therapy or cognitive rehabilitation. We also receive referrals directly from neurology. We are looking for a provider with experience in aging, chronic medical conditions, and acquired brain injury. The most common diagnoses include MCI and dementia, TBI/stroke, long COVID and Parkinson’s disease. We work with each provider to tailor a work schedule that fits their experiences, interests and desire for work-life balance. We offer both in person and virtual sessions. Compensation is fee-for-service.

  • All speech evaluation/testing materials are provided.

  • Opportunities to collaborate with neuropsychology and counseling/social work.

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in speech language pathology from an accredited university.
